Sorakas Nerf

I recently saw Soraka getting nerfed on PBE and was quite shocked to the extent of the nerfs. For starters, I used to main the banana lady until I found a new love for Bard . But doubling the cooldown of her W late game is way too much of a nerf. If they are going to do this, then they should have her W heal a little more. I know this post is going to get downvotes because nobody likes her. But she is easily counterable with grievous wounds and didn't need such an dramatic nerf. I'm never going to play her again if that goes live.
