Random lag hits me randomly in every game

So this my normal ping when I play without lag is between 79ms and 95ms but lately starting from 4 days ago I start getting random lag where ping goes all the way to 500ms -700ms - 1500ms and even went to 15000ms it goes up and down and this happens randomly sometimes at the start of the match sometimes during loading screen sometimes in late game and in some games I play fine but my next game can be laggy one.

Are everyone having the same problem cause my Internet connection is fine I can watch my Youtube videos in 1080p HD with no problem and no delay or lag but in LoL things changes. Halp!
