Is it just me or the custom Rune Pages got wiped out with this new patch?

Just entered a game where my customized Rune Pages were wiped and I got a message to remake it.

Thanks Rito. Couldn't you have sent the message BEFORE I entered the game instead?

Not sure how a multi-million dollar company has a such shoddy client that it couldn't even keep track of the rune pages being created.
