Mid, because there are too many tanks top and because you want to be able to roam easier and make plays all over the map.

It depends highly on who he will be laning against. There are a great many bruisers, tanks and mages who just crush him.

Mid because you don't have to deal with tanks like Trundle Darius Nautilus during the laning phase

There are just so many better top laners right now, whereas the mid disparity puts AD mid laners at an advantage right now.
