If you choose to play him as a support you are actually hurting your teams potential. Pick someone else like Thresh. You will probably end up winning more games.

TBH I'm kind of glad. Getting to chunk someone for 20% of their max HP after applying your 3 hit passive is kind of bonkers.

Had two games last night where I went Tahm top and I saw no issues. When Frozen Mallet the one game just to experiment.
