Skipping 3 divisions?
Well I'm a silver 5. I have the mmr of a really high silver 1 or average gold 5. Is it possible to raise 3? Op.gg already says imma rise up 2

It is possible to skip a fair amount of divisions yes but it also says you have too many duos for it to get an accurate MMR estimation so there's the higher chance that you won't skip.
Yes it's possible to skip 3 divisions at a time. No you will not be earning a skip like that here as you will not meet the minimum mmr+ requirements for that large of a skip. If you aren't seeing 38 or more lp per win you won't have inflated enough mmr for 3 divisions at a time.
