Request to Change Evelynn's Stealth to be more in line with other stealth champs

Currently, when playing evelynn, you will notice that evelynn will stop moving towards a designated spot if she's unstealthed and reenters stealth along the path, compared to champions like twitch, teemo and rengar who don't do this.

I propose that you change it so that evelynn's stealth acts like everyone else's, because this is really bothering me as an avid evelynn player, and why the heck even have that mechanic in the first place? You've already changed auto attacks in stealth so that they attack the nearest target now, may as well go all the way.

Evelynn has been thrown around pretty heavily by Reav3 and Meddler as a top candidate for next year's VGUs lineup. Meddler, and other Rioters, have also stated that her permanent stealth is an element of her kit that will have to be removed to make her healthier, as permanent stealth makes her a mortal terror if she has high burst, which assassins want. As we see with her now, she's at the bottom of the barrel with pitiful stats and sustained damage, which is fine for a tank, but not for an assassin. They said they wanted to pull the power out of the Stealth so that they can give her actual burst again so she can fulfill the fantasy of being an assassin that meshes with her lore and looks, and be in healthier spot. So don't worry, they'll fix her stealth issues eventually, just probably not how you're expecting.

I think her stealth should last for say 1 minute so you keep within her core design but it's an active skill so can be cast inside or outside of combat, attackingobviously breaks it but give her a new passive on that active ability to compensate, maybe as the queen of stealth she could detect any stealthier unit so shrooms, traps (jhin/teemo) Kha, twitch etc
