Kled is too strong for players that have mastered him

Sure, his overall skill curve is somewhat high, but after you get past that you have an unstoppable killing machine. Don't believe me?

Played like 20 games with him, at first it was difficult and needed to experiment on different build paths, after learning the specific values to regain courage for skaarl to return, playing as kled becomes 20x easier. Right now his ability to instantly burst an enemy from full to 0 is ridiculous.

What I recommend to nerf kled is to change the second cast on Kled's E such that it doesnt have such an insane range, or at least make it a skill shot or something. An automatic dash to the marked enemy champion that has infinite range makes it impossible to escape from kled. Additionally, nerf Kled's passive so that it's less tailored towards new kled players and more balanced for experienced kled players.
