Hey Shaco Mains and OTP

Do you agree with my view on current state of Shaco?

In my opinion Shaco is shit tier right now. Here is why:

Passive - Sometimes in jungle I can proc it 2x one after another and sometimes can't do it once. Because its bugged. Doing raptors with it is anoying, hitting every single little fucking chicken when they spin around like beyblades makes me mad. When I go for a gank and attack somebody from behind it should proc, but sometimes it doesn't.

Q - First 2 levels are too short. Does so little dmg that its hard to notice if it did anything. At least isn't too buged and has good range.

W - Does garbage dmg if I go ad. Does nice dmg on a dead AP Shaco. It is actually the best ability of Shaco.

E - Its damage is seriously garbage. Also its an execute, which does MAX dmg when my enemy has 0 HP. 0 means that he must be dead to do max execute damage to him xd Wtf logic is this. At least has some slow, but fuck its damage is so low that on early levels when I gank it looks like a joke. He is a jester so maybe that should be a joke.

R - The only ability that gives chance for outplays. When explodes does very little damage. Those 3 boxes are inconsistent. I would prefer ult to do more dmg and be without boxes.

Build: Duskblade is my best ability.

Runes: Full dmg or you don't do damage.

Gameplay: I come close to a character and kill it. 0 gameplay and outplay potential. I kill or I die. Its going all in. I would like Shaco to have some actual gameplay.

Do you agree or do you have some other ideas about Shaco.
