New Programe Setting

Why is it that when someone does that join a game the team can automatically surrender within 60 seconds in game? That's bs! I was in a game and my internet moved a bit slow for a while. Then i saw the loading screen and i thought i was going to join within about 2 minutes in game. After it reach 100% they said that the game was no longer running. This happened on several occasions. Get rid of that stupid system, programe or whatever it is. It was normal before when i had bad internet and i joined about 5 minutes late but now that i have good internet you create a stupid thing and giving me leaver buster penalty for not being in game for less than 1 minute. FIX THAT BS!
