R.I.P. Autofill

I've been playing ranked these past couple of weeks and there's 1 thing that I don't like compared to last season. What is it you might say, AUTOFILL. If you don't know what autofill is, it is when you get a role you didn't choose in ranked due to position shortages. I am not a fan of it at all. Autofill could make you play a position your not comfortable with. For example, today, i was in a duo queue with my friend and i picked mid/jg. We got into champion select, guess what I got. Yes, support. If I'm not comfortable with that role and I'll probably not do to well in it and lose my ranked game. I would rather wait 10 more minutes just to get the position I am comfortable with.
