Ekko Jungle Glitch

Today, I just played Ekko Jungle and I encountered a bug. This actually happened 2 times so I'm guessing Ekko kind of got bugged, but what happened was I was ganking my top laner and I got a kill. I killed him last with my "e." After this, my champion, Ekko glitched back and basically that's it. It happened again in an Ekko top game, the same exact thing, so I'm guessing if you last hit some other champion with your "e" as Ekko, you glitch back. It seems as if he's glitching back to where his ult would be but the ult doesn't go off cooldown or shows animation so I don't know.
