You guys kept admitting that his W feels completely unsatisfying and worthless to use as AD Ezreal and yet, you still keep it away from any sort of buffs, giving his E a .5 Bonus AD ratio instead.
Can we please have context on this change? Why would buff his E and not his W?
Because they don't want to make Ezreal too safe. He has had very big issues in the past with a good W. They are doing it to his E because it requires him to commit to do damage or kite to do damage instead of saving his only mobility for escapes. Now, if it is enough to make him viable, is a different story, but it should help quite a bit.
Meddler stated AD Ezreal might be too weak. Buffing his W would make him more obnoxious in lane considering his W goes through minion waves.
I would say that giving his E an AD ratio makes his all in more threatening to make that weakness of his less relevant. Ezreal atm has a really hard time against any enemy adcs that can just get right in his face and force him to trade autos, and the threat of that burst from the ratio on his E would make them more hesistant to do that.

The thing is, AD Ezreals don't have any reason to use E offensively except as a way to chase after flashes without burning their own flash. AP ezreals generally need to use E to deal damage, leaving them vulnerable. Riot is trying to make it more enticing for AD ezreals to put themselves into risk by adding damage into his E.
