5AD ? That's nothing. That's at best an extra 5 physical damage on attack (which we all know never happens because AD casters always get shit scalings). Do you know how much 5 physical damage is? It's less than one tenth of one tick of a champion's HP bar, and i'm not even accounting for armor which brings it down even more.
