"Smart pings"

Hello summoners. I wanted to rant about ranked games and smart pings. Do you guys use them? Do you listen to them? Do you follow and help your fellow summoners on the rift? Let me talk about my experience in ranked gameplay. Most players are very unlikely to use pings to help others or even themselves. They mostly like typing in chat 0/3 top lane report. Lost game gg ff15. They are routinely used to such behaviour for themselves that it is okay and not punishable by the reporting system. I am currently in Gold elo where farming and map pressure should be a thing i believe but none of the two are even known by the players. Playing against higher elo players while having your whole team the whole game not listening to what you have to say to help them but only flame is not exacly what i call ranked gameplay. There is no end to this. The reporting system is not doing enough in punishing violators. I've been getting teamed up with the same players that occassionally troll when someone dies first blood on their team. They themselves write clearly in the chat "i go troll gg top inting". I asked a teamate if he knows what map pressure is and he just started intimidating me wich did not work because what i had to do is ignore him (it really made him light up | like a flamestorm). He kept on throwing jibes at me the whole game. Then the midlaner who just gave up and started dying on purpose started throwings jibes at me aswell. In every single game I try to do my best. but it seems people do not like that. Most players sit in silence or they mute everyone "just because". I did report them all in the end of the game. I honestly try to give my best in every match but it doesn't get better. I tried everything. (I am asking for help. Thank you in advance to the ones who will try to give me more insight)
