Toxic behaviour

I ll keep it short. Played many ranked games last month. I've been teamed up in almost every single game with a toxic player. For example my last game there was a riven. She got the first kill on her opponent and then she went on fighting him (Renekton) and kept dying. I told her to stop trying to fight him but she wouldn't even listen she would spam in caps and flame me for losing lane. We kinda went to coem back but then she kept going in and dying alone and then lost as we had only a nexus left. Toxic players like this one i meet in almost every game. I've got demoted like 4 times. I've reported every single guy who was abusive and griefing but only one got punished... Riot please do something.

Do you guys face players like these? What do you do when you see them? Does it get any better? [sg-janna]
