From Zilian posts all the way back to seasons 1 or 2 its my understanding is that Duoing adds Extra MMR to MM as it makes games. I don't like this, i fel that Bigger ranges between 2 players creates issues. This is cuz despite it adding MMR to the search the Range for "fair and Viable" End of the day Duoing is off fucking Tiers not accounts hidden MMR values.
In my experience of looking at games, its clear that some times duos just fk their team over. This game I have to say that it looks like the extra MMR added from the duo 
was enough for MM to treat your team like S4 instead of B1. It Looks like the S4 averaged team had no duo
