Azir has been confirmed to be the buggiest champ EVER, so no surprise
Wall is bugged, I believe. It's going through people everywhere, even pros are missing point-blank ultimates. But Riot will never fix him, either because they just can't (it's only been, what, three years, and he still can't be played smoothly?), or because they don't care (rework incoming, plus they just don't like this champ, mainly because they can't balance him).
