@Riot Ban Rate Statistic MIA?

So not many are aware but the ban-rate percentage statistic has been removed or nowhere to be seen on many of the popular sites such as op.gg or lolking. It was somewhat useful for those who have no idea what to ban, and usually just use the statistics to quicken the process. Personally I feel like there are too many champs that are particularly strong, but as of now I'll probably base my bans off high win rates and high popularity. I would only guess that Riot removed this because maybe the information was too influential and really harmed that particular data, but I can never be to sure. Anyone from Riot have any context? Does it have to do with riot's API?

I remember a while back, LoLNexus lost a few statistics when Riot banned "data scraping". Apparently, it slowed down the servers and may have been one of the things that contributed to the "great connection crisis" of Season 3 and early Season 4.

I'm not sure what happened this time around, though.
