Nerf Garens base damage. No champ should be able to have zero damage and still turret dive and one shot at lvl 6, just saying, and for the people who play him, where do you see the fun in playing him, his mechanics are the most boring in the entire game, it takes more skill to click the lock in button than it does to play Garen, i could set a half eaten pickle on my keyboard and lock in Garen and it could carry the game.
