This champion right here needs some serious discussion here people. Why is it that this puffy dude do more damage than he heals? HE IS THE WANDERING CARETAKER. I think Rito should make this guys heals wayyy stronger so that maybe maxing this thing second or even first is a good choice. I hate to see bard's caretaker shrines be used as a stupid speed boost, Can anybody relate to me on this? I don't care rito has to take a lot of damage away from him, he's always going to be a supp anyways, why not emphasize his utility and heals over damage? I main bard and I want him to feel like he's a True caretaker. I hope Riot does something about this. I'm sure they don't care about this anyways but it's good to let my voice out anyways. If a riot employee sees this, please take this into consideration. It'd mean the world to me.
