Draven Top?
Just asking, does Draven top work? I tried it once against a Singed and I dominated but I want to know if it works against other matchups.

Ok so thanks guys. From what I'm hearing, as long as I don't get counterpicked(Teemo/Quinn) I'm gonna be able to harass really easily but I'm basically gonna be camped top.
The biggest concern in that lane is that Draven is squishy and relatively immobile. He's better off than some marksman in a solo lane due to his high early damage output and CC that can interrupt dashes but you'd still be vulnerable to being jumped on or camped by the enemy jungler.
Should be fine against no-range champs, same as Vayne or Quinn.
Yes, and no.. Lets take a champ that I know and place him against Draven - Garen.. I will be struggling early a lot, taking 3 rejuving beads and a health potion, or cloth armor and 5 potions. I will be forced to take ninja tabi asap and brambles vest second. At that point however I should be able to kill you in a all in, with Ignite + Ult. I max Q so the movement speed buff and dmg are quite large..
This heavily depends on the matchup and skill of the player. In low Silver, yes it will work, but the higher you get, the more you will be camped by enemy jungler since you are basically free gold and you will loose your lane because of that :).
The real problem with taking Draven top is that while you might be able to harass your lane opponent well, you'll be a gank magnet.
Singed is a wonderful target to pick on with a high-damage, ranged champion. Draven is pretty strong right now, so it is possible that he would work. I would be wary about blind-picking it though unless you are really proficient in the matchups.
Works against Vayne top too. The thing is, no one blind picks Vayne top and enemy bot lane or your teammate can also pick Draven. So, yeah,
Tbh I've never seen a Draven who couldn't dominate mid or top by being a super booli early. There are a few champs who can counter him, but all it takes is the right runes for him to outdamage most champions at the beginning of a match. This gives him a major economic advantage since his passive is based on killing enemy champions to cash in his adoration stacks for gold, ontop of what he gets from farming.
Lots of people say he's bot ADC only, but that's the lane where he's least able to cheese for KS, because he's in danger of being focus fired down.
