Is this reportable?

Ok, so what happened was I had a tahm kench on my team(i was jinx). Pregame he banned one of our champions and didn't say a word(I probably should have dodged there). Then in game he did absolutely nothing to the enemy and just tried to steal my farm the entire goddamn laning phase. Later on when he couldn't troll like that, he just grabbed people in important moments and pulled them away until my teammates could press it to get out(He couldn't steal farm anymore bc we kill it too fast, still tried though and took cannons with w). The entire game he didn't say a word. Then afterwards he tried to friend me(I blocked him). Plz tell me that reporting actually picks that up. What was I supposed to do that game? [sg-janna]
