Learning a new champ in team builder..
I would love to be matched against a coordinated team of people two or three tiers above me who are cheesing the new champ/role "buff" and get stomped!
Get rid of that damn arrow!

just play 10 games or so.... its not a big diff.
I honestly don't even notice the matchmaking adjustment. I have about the same win-rate in team builder as normal, or at least it feels like it.
At my skill level (mid to low silver), it just feels like a crap shoot. I can get matched with/against a gold who is playing new champ/role and trucks the entire game. I can get matched with/against the bronze 10 who feeds constantly. Or like last night, I end up in a completer cheese game where the other team is clearly on voice together and all qued as crap like jungle-mage as a jinx so they get the adjustment.
Anyways, the point is I dont actually see how the new champion effects the game until the adjustment goes away... those games are all but worthless for learning the champion. I can get the buttons down in an aram or bot game.
