Losing the will to live after demotion from plat V

Demoted from plat V all the way to gold 2 and have been stuck between gold 2 and gold 1, been demoted from gold 3x I make it back there and get on a losing streak back to gold 2, honestly tired and just don't know what to do seems like I cant get good teams or making stupid mistakes, what the fuck can I do right now since it seems impossible to climb as a top laner apart from switching champs...
