I have been away for too long! Can someone point me in the right direction on the most important changes? I haven't played a game since February and haven't followed the scene at all either. Just downloading it again. What sites are popular now etc...

op.gg is the most popular ive seen, the game is in a bad state right now, too much dmg causing champs to become broken too often, dmg needs to be pulled back all around before it will get better
