Looks like its nearly impossible to get... Out of the chests that I have gotten recently, its always been orange essence. We should be able to convert a set amount of orange essence into blue...

having a blue essence to orange essence conversion or orange to blue would be a great addition. It could be a 1-.75 ratio or something but it would seriously help out hextech crafting for some people.
