rammus has the highest win rate and is way to easy to play. he needs a nerf 60% win rate

Rammus has highest win rate because he counters all the noob picks like Yi, Trynda, Yasuo. Not to mention how he counters ADC and people tend to pick ADCs in every lane now.

No, no, and no. They haven't touched rammus since they nerfed him to the ground and should not continue to need him because of item changes.

He is only viable right now me cause adcs are so dominate and he is a direct counter to pure ad champs, esp with botrk and lw nerfs.

Leave him alone, mid s4 already killed him.
