Trying to reconect bug

I was playing my last game as kayle and winning hard when my computer crashed due to some digital bug and reset 3-5 minutes later, I get back into the game and my character is right next to baron glitching out with a flashing trying to reconect I tried closing and resetting but it was still they're rito pls fix.
