So we are lead to believe that old rylais had too much stats. HP, AP, and the passive. So it gets a hard nerf.

Now we have item 3814 That gives AD, MR, a very powerful active, on a 30 sec cooldown. and lethality. we have item 3142 That gives AD, CDR, lethality, a very good passive, and a very good active.

Please can some one explain this to me??

It got nerfed cause literally every mage would build it for the stats, the slow was just an added bonus.

Although come to think of it, EoN is only built a lot because of the lethality...

cuz majority of the player base are children and you all need to sit in your high chair with your bibs and be fed cuz you arent capable of problem solving for yourselfs

Its only a matter of time that people realise how much these items provide and they start pushing other items out and become the new "Rylais". Surely they provide too much 1 item, you could almost make 2 items out of them.

because mages should deal tons of damage in one rotation, but not enough to kill you. ... Because AP champions don't need much health to survive one rotation from AD champions. ... Because #$%^ AP champions. Lee isn't one of them. There, that's an appropriate G&B reply.

The Balance team is too highly imfluenced by numerous sources, that is the only explaination for such erratic balancing, I personally would love them to jus patch every 4 weeks instead of 2, that way players can actually start to learn counter play or find a way around problems instead of straight o it has to be nerfed. The current system flaws are so obvious to see, the hypocrisy is easy to see, I mean ok if you believe rylais is too strong ok thats fine, but dont now have these AD items giving 4 an 5 different stats and effects.
