When was the last time top lane wasn't just a farming game?
Why is the game so revolved around the ADC?
In this Meta it's usually "better jungler wins" or "wow good job adc"
How come the game revolves so much around an adc or the jungler?
If someone is low >give it to adc
Oh we just tanked everything and people died for it, while adc autoattacked? >Good job ADC!
Why is it that the adc is so strong that the whole game can be decided based on the adc?
Many factors including itemization, gold flow, buffs to supports, powerful runes for ADC, powercreep marksmen reworks and changes to kits to remove the patterns that could effectively assassinate ADC's efficiently (that were arguably low-counterplay oneshots if you don't have a defensive item, but maybe it was a necessary evil to keep them in check?)
It's been this way since at least season 3. Marksmen were originally called Attack Damage Carry for that reason. Recent buffs/nerfs have not changed the status quo
