League game starts up too late

Ever since the most recent patch (9.4 I think), my game hasn't been starting up on time. My game will get to the loading screen, then get stuck at 98-100%, but never start. I've seen this happen to a streamer once but wondering if it's an actual problem to anyone else. My ranked game always gets remade by the time my game actually starts and I've had queue timers because of it, as well as lost a ton of LP.
