NOPE not when they have a 4.8k damn mundo who deletes us, and takes 0 dmg, AND IF WE DO 1 DMG, he heals 78 per sec. its literal bullshit, I build armor pen, nothing, I built dmg, nothing, I even gone tank and I did nothing its so aids seeing this seriously, ffs nerf his ult or nerf anything about him I seriously can't take seeing him like this in our rankeds he literally a god, takes no damage, kills all of us and we can't do shit about it.
Have you tried grievous wounds? Ignite/morellonomican/mortal reminder?
Blade of the ruined king?
Duckblade of Draktharr if you are an AD caster?
Liandries if you're AP?
So many ways to counter his ult and 2 items that can be easily adapted to any ADC build 
Seriously this is a strategy game remeber? Learn to adapt and use you head.
Also you need to kite him with CC or just plane ignore him and clean up the rest of his team. Flanking is a classic one that just destroys if pulled off.

If a sub-par tank was walking around "deleting" people he was either massively, tremendously ahead or you all were handling the match terribly. Neither of these are game balance issue but are actually what should happen.
Weak, 45% winrate champions don't get nerfs because their performance is already awful and substandard.
I'm sadly never adc, and low elo adcs never listen to anything said tbh. so my only saving grace is to actually carry in solo queue or have an ok non brain dead team, I mean I suck sometimes at ranked but when my team tells me to do something I do it, unluckily low elo adcs got too much ego.
So no one built a healing reduction item I take it.
