Can't claim loot because of earlier behavior.
Aight, so I was a salty piece of garbage, I got a 10 game chat ban, got unbanned and still cant earn anything. any explainations? (ye I admit I was salty).

you have to wait months and i mean months of no reports and good behavior
If it was just a 10 game chat ban (the first offense) then it should only take 30+ games at least from what I've seen you basically need to show the system you reform. You do that by playing games and not getting legit reports!
