He needs a rework. He's quickly becoming the new ryze. Nerfed = useless. Strong = hilariously broken on anyone who knows him.

It would help if they adjusted Rylais to only do a very minor slow when proc'd from minion summons. That way Azir wont be so oppressive and Malz's voidlings wont be as frustrating to deal with.
