- Well they could just increase E cd by 0.5 every time he use it in rapid succession
- rigth click generally mean entering in his range ... for 90% of the champ when he have his
this mean losing 1/2 Hp bar to just proc his shield

Also considering the fact most mages can do 1/4th of his bar with one spell.... because he gets no mr per level?
and no you don't lose 1/2 on your hp bar if you aren't bad.
And if he dashes to you.... fire your cc at the ending location.
