Perma ban from one game

Yes I know I'm toxic, I'll start by saying that much and I have said way worse than below and I've played with people who have said so much more. Yet the question is do I deserve a permanent ban simply after one game, it was late I was tired and blew too many fuses to stay untilted. I know that toxicity should give me some form of punishment but a permanent ban seems extremely harsh to me especially when the game that I was reported for was by my mid report calling me all game. I'm going to be outed by this I know yet I simply can't understand how I can get banned whilst so many other extremely toxic players get to continue playing. Not looking for retribution or to get my account back as I know it's impossible, simply looking for the answer to if this kind of thing should happen to newer players going forward. I lost a ton of money from this account and I want to make the game a better place for the future of Riot, whether that be a better reporting system or not I can't say. All I want to know is if it's justified to permaban someone who in general shows positive behavior besides the 1/20 games where I've stayed up too late.
