Udyr and Annie.

1.) ; her "stun" needs to have a cooldown. It's a bit ridiculous she can walk around with it just sitting there for any given amount of time. 20 seconds is PLENTY of time for her to have it available.

2.) ; his kit needs nerfed so that building NOTHING but tanky items hinders the damage he does. Why is it okay that a champion can build straight tank and do more damage than most carries? That's... not okay. Completely senseless.

Please, Riot, fix this shit. You guys have stated on numerous occasions you want to "balance" champions and yet those two remain untouched.
