Can we get a hybrid penetration item ?

all do mixed damage and don't gain as much benefit as building or as other champions so I was thinking it would be a good idea to have something that does it.

50 AD 80 AP

Unique Passive: 35% Armor Penetration Unique Passive: 35% Magic Penetration

Would this be op ? It's extremely cost inefficient on a number of champion because and offer 10 fewer damage but still have the penetration. do need some kind of buffs. could get out of hand just because her ultimate has such a fast cooldown for how powerful it is so just double it's cooldown.

Literally any champion with ANY mixed damage would love this item, just because it gives a NLR + BF sword in raw stats PLUS the massive armor and magic pen. If you have ANY mixed damage in your kit you'd take this over the others because A) it gives more raw damage and B) it gives the other scaling stat AND penetration for a type you'd normally not build for.

A hybrid pen item sounds amazing, but if you give it the same/better stats than the other two ignore armor/magic resist items they will become worthless. Maybe reduce the stat boosts and amount of penetration, to be something like:

item 1037 + item 1026 + 665 +35 AD +55 AP Unique passive: basic attacks/abilities ignore 15% of the target's armor. Unique passive: basic attacks/abilities ignore 15% of the target's magic resist.

In the same manner hybrid penetration runes give less pen than straight up armor or magic pen ones?

I'm going to be honest here, it'll unbalance bot lane a little bit.

AP supports already use their aa to poke the opponent (or at least they should be in most cases), and hybrid pen marks exist for a reason. Supports, due to their 0 cs, fall off later in the game with their damage (but not utility, hence "support"). Hybrid pen items will spike their early/mid game damage during the laning phase, which could unbalance it a little. We get those items, and supports like Sona and Nami are going to get nerfed (but not Annie, for obvious reasons).
