I appreciate that any major runes changes are probably on hold until Riot figure out what they are doing with them, but I would quite like an alternative offensive option other than Pen/Damage.
What does anyone else think? Do you think having both MS quints and MS marks would lead to abusive situations?
Movement speed is an extremely valuable stat, so I'd actually be a bit hesitant to allow players to get even more MS from runes. I think it makes sense as a quintessence because you effectively have to choose between the power of added MS or a large boost in some other stat.
I just wish other runes were used in general. The number of runes available is enormous, but we only ever play 2 of each kind for any given role. The playability of some runes should be looked at, as well as adding more runes.
