A little support on a little rant

Heard riot is unhappy about Janna players saving their Q and not using it as an offensive tool. I added a clip of me and my team competing in ESL Go4LoL EUW Cup. I recorded it on half speed. As you can see It's barely enough to stop(?) the monstrous engage of Rakan. I wouldn't be able to do this if I used my Q earlier as an "offensive tool". I could also use ult but it would compromise the sustain and peel I would provide in the fight.

So I ask all of you this. Why riot is not happy with me stopping a flashing Rakan with a quick reaction Janna Q?
