[GAMEPLAY] Guinsoo's not working with Ezreal Q

Greetings, I would like to report a bug regarding to Guinsoo and Ezreal's Q ability Mystic Shot interaction. If you buy a Guinsoo on Ezreal, his Q won't trigger the double on-hit property. It won't even stack Guinsoo's attack speed. The Mystic Shot applies Guinsoo's 15 magic damage without problem but that's the only thing it applies. No attack speed stack, no double on-hit property, nothing. Here's the steps you need to take to re-create the issue.

1. Pick Ezreal
2. Buy Guinsoo's Rageblade
3. Use your Q ability Mystic Shot to hit something.

You will notice that the ability doesn't stack the attack speed portion of the Guinsoo's and it also won't apply double on-hit effects when it's fully stacked.

You can experience this bug everytime you buy Guinsoo's Rageblade on Ezreal. It won't trigger any on-hit effect twice nor stack itself when it's being used with Mystic Shot.
