I have been thinking about getting a 4800 IP champion, and I narrowed it down to either Vlad or Swain. Idk who I should get. They both have crazy sustain and lifesteal, and they do TONS of damage, but who has the better gameplay? In your opinion, pls tell me who is better. Thanks.
Swain is better but Vlad is a lot more easier. Like Swain is mana hungry, and AA animation is funky. Vlad, i mean, is very easy
Swine sounds a bit piggish, but Vlade isn't much better.
I'd say Swain is the safer bet. He has better team fight presence, too. Vlad only has his ult, but Swain has his W and his birds. Swains signature technique is to ignore all the enemies, run around in a circle, zhonyas when dived, and get kills because of the birds. I find it kind of amusing.
which champ are you more swain towards?
not sure what these other people are talking about. Vlad is 100% better than Swain, especially with the tank meta right now. There is a reason why Vlad is picked in LCS and Swain isnt

Try both of them, see how you like them; I wouldn't really say one is 'better' than the other, it mostly comes down to preference.
imo Vlad is a bit more straightforward, Swain is honestly one of the champions that confuse me (and I wouldn't be surprised if he got reworked at some point). Just play the one you like more

Vlad is easy and has almost as much tanking potential and damage as Swain. Vlad's ult helps turn teamfights really quickly though. I think he contributes more damage potential to his team than Swain. Swain is really strong on his CC and self sustain considering that he can Zhonyas while ulting.
Get Swain. He does good early and even if he falls apart he can still tank and do decent dmg. Vlad's dmg is alright. If you fall of early, it is hard to come back.
