Zarg "The Unholy" (Meele, Tank)
Passive: Equal ground. Zarg deals 40% more damage to ranged champions, minions and monsters and is dealt 40% less
Q: Chain of Dispair
Passive: Zarg gets 10/15/20/25/30% bonus Movement speed if moving towards ranged champions
Active: Zarg throws a chain in a direction dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+50% bonus HP) Magic damage and slowing down enemies for 10/15/20/25/30% If the Chain hits a champion, he can throw out another, up to a maximum of 5 chains. Zarg can chain the same target multiple times, but each chain will deal 20% less damage than the previous one.
These chains can be broken by distance and can be blocked by minions. Skillshot.
60/70/80/90/100 mana for the first chain, all other chains are free of cost. 10 seconds cooldown.
W: Unyielding
Zargs Armor and Magic Resist are increased by 20/30/40/50/60 each for 6 seconds. If any enemies are around Zarg upon casting Unyielding, they are dealt 40/60/80/100/120(+30% bonus armor)(+30% bonus Magic resist) Magic damage and snared for 1 second. For each enemy snared, Unyieldings cooldown gets reduced by 1 second.
20/18/16/14/12 seconds cooldown 50 mana
E: Overheat/Cooldown
Toogle: Zarg sets himself up on fire, losing 4% of current Hp per second and dealing that same ammount of damage as Magic Damage to enemies in his surrondings and to champions afflicted by Chains of Dispair.
After Spitfire toogles off, Cooldown becomes active and regens 2/3/4/5/6% of Zargs Missing Hp over 8 seconds.
Toogle Cooldown: 16 seconds Cost upon toogle: 8% of current health and 40/30/20/10/0 mana Cost per second: 4% of current health

Zarg jumps in the air and after a 2 seconds cast, he pulls all enemies afflicted by Chains of Dispair to him, dealing 80/100/120/160/200 (+50% Zargs Bonus hp) Magic Damage and lighting them up on fire, dealing 4/5/6/7/8% of the enemies Missing HP as Magic Damage per second over 4 seconds.
Can only be casted if there is at least 1 enemy afflicted by Chains of Dispair.
the champion is a follow up to skarners lore :D
The champion will be a tanky burst mage that does damage based on the % of missing health he has.
