Can we discuss dominion again, again?

I don't like big walls of text so I will try to keep this as to the point as I can.

About a year I ago, I posted this thread (on another account, I liked that name more lol) looking for feedback from players on why that do/don't like dominion and what might make people like it more, and for Riot to give us some kind of reminder that they know we exist care about us. Player response was good, but Riot response could have been better, especially since, to this day, there doesn't seem to have been any changes.

Noticing my missing ranked border (made sense, I stopped playing for a while), I remembered being asked what the dominion community would want as recognition or reward since we couldn't get ranked. Despite my break from the game, I checked patch notes for dominion updates, and didn't find any. Playing again, it seems the same.

We, the dominion community, were asked for ways to encourage growth, and what we wanted out of playing. Both had many responses, but neither have had any action toward them. Seeing as the dominion summoner's rift maps & modes sub-forum is gone, I am reposting here, once again hoping for discussion from players, and with Riot about what can be done to improve the experience for dominion fans, past, present, and hopefully future.
