QoL buff for Taric
No number changes, but I'd like to be able to cast Q and W without interrupting my movement like E and R.
He'd be a lot smoother to play this way. Thoughts?

Pandemic Punch1 votesAgreed. I think it fits in with his fabulous theme too with the way he glides when coming off of the fountain. Still, Old Taric was far more fabulous.
TyrekGoldenspear1 votesI think a good comprimise between the old and New Taric players would be to buff his Q, make his Ult a toggle aura heal and keep the new visuals.
