Will chest per champion reset with a new season ?

Does anybody know ? Or we got one chest permanently per champion ?

Yeah they will. After/during the patch tonight. In some servers I think the reset happened already (accidentally; not sure if it was reverted).

I am so excited for this. At the moment I have been stuck having to play champs that are super boring if I want to get chests. Now I won't have to play normals to get chests. WOOH!
