Why does everyone complain about Dynamic Que?

Seriously. Everyone is complaining. Trust me I liked Solo Que just as much as the next guy, but there isn't something so drastically wrong with Dynamic Que that it needs to be complained about every day on the boards. I get it. I have played everywhere from by myself to a full team of 5 and guess what, you have good opponents and you have bad opponents. It's just how it goes. Yeah you could get crushed by a 5 man team but I have yet to see a 5 man team when I que up solo, even easier to spot now that there are club tags. And my team has beaten those teams and lost to those teams. It's all about the people you play with. Nothing else. Either they have some decent skill or they don't. I'm no challenger pro player but Dynamic Que is fine. Not amazing but it's fine. Do I want solo que back? Yes. Will I complain everytime I lose to a group of 3 on the other team when I'm solo? No. Because it really doesn't matter. If you are tired of playing against a large group, get your own group of 5 and go into que. plenty of people are friendly and want to team up just like you. Now you have the option! It's the way the game is and we have to deal with it as is. Until solo que comes out or doesn't.

There is one main reason everyone hates dynamic Q. I'm a solo player, but i do play with friends sometimes just for the hell of it, not because i play better with them, in fact its the opposite, i win more solo Q than i do with friends. Heres the problem, lets say you are a solo player, and queue into a premade 4. Then lets say you lose your lane, heaven forbid that happens right? You now have 4 people who are never going to flame each other, and will instead turn their focus on you. In fact there was this game recently where i started 1-6, ended the game 3-8, and got flamed the entire game by a premade 4, but yet two of them were doing worse than me... But not one of them shot any comment towards their friends, because they are friends. The other thing is, they are communicating and just expect you to be psychic, they never talk in chat to communicate anything thats going on, they just go. So you are already out of the loop, making it effectively a 4v5. Not only this, but you end up in situations where you get 3 people ganking you randomly, which would never happen in solo Q. And then theres the premade bottom lane, oh the joy. Wanna talk about the main reason im losing games atm? Premade bottom lanes over the past week have lost me 90% of the games i have lost, just purely because they suck. Like it has been so bad, i have switched from top/jungle to jungle/adc, that is how bad my ADC/Support have been over the past week, not one of them won lane, and went for a combined 47-218. Honestly, i wish they would put it back to where it was, none of this dynamic BS, just leave that to normals, but make ranked Solo Q again so i can start enjoying this game again. Right now im just playing for the plat border, not because i like the game. Because people are so damn toxic nowadays, and im not gonna report them, cause im not a child who cant take insults, but its not enjoyable to play with people like that. In fact its funny that i mention the premade 4 being toxic, i got banned for 2 weeks defending myself against them flaming me, and they didnt get punished, they convinced the enemy team that i was flaming and i immediately got banned for 9 reports.

I hear you. And I agree with most of this post. It's shitty when you get on a team like that. It really does suck. But those are broken people not a broken que. I still had 4 flaming toxic trolls quite often in solo que. It is the nature of the game. I do feel your pain about bot lane losing the game for you. I've had to also change from mid/jungle to running ADC because I'm terrified of them feeding a Vayne and her wrecking our tanks. But that is the game and the stage of it that we live in.

Also I don't know about you but even when everyone is solo in que, I've been 3 man ganked. That is also on the player (mostly mid lane for not pinging)

Oh yeah i get that, the mid lane ganking top is fine, but its when the support shows up out of nowhere that you begin to see the benefits and downfalls of the system. I'm in gold league, this would never happen in solo Q. Maybe up in Diamond and Challenger, sure i would expect the support to be roaming, but in Gold, nah, not at all, you just dont expect it, and in most cases warding doesnt do much cause its through lane.

You do make a really good point that its about the people not the Queue, but then again, this just didnt happen to me in Solo. I guess i kinda just want them to leave dynamic queue to normals and make Ranked just solo/duo again, but keep the champ select system cause its awesome.

You complain that your duo bot lanes are awful, while others complain that enemy duo bots have an unfair advantage. That sounds like it balances out to me.

And not reporting toxicity is just stupid. Don't let those people ruin more games for other people.

I mean you can go and look at my match history, i played fairly well over that 12 game losing streak, but you will notice the enemy adc is always fed before 15 minutes rofl. AS for reporting toxicity, i feel like its a waste of time unless you get all 9 on the bandwagon to report them, because the system doesnt look at context or anything, it just looks at what that person who is being reported said. So out of contest it can look really fine, but it really isnt once you add the context.

Eh maybe once or twice a day now, it really depends on how much i play, if i get in 12 games, i generally get 2 premade 4's.

I'm not friendly. I'm never going to team up with anybody. There is 0 benefit to this system for me. At best it's "as good as old solo-queue used to be", with a lot more worse sprinkled in.

How does it hurt you? Maybe try to be friendly or team up. I've teamed up with people because I liked the way they played. You don't have to be pen pals but it can make it better then going solo.

Basically punishes a player for playing solo. Even if you're solo you can still vs a full premade.

Have you played against a full pre made? I haven't. Even with the new club feature that makes it easier to know, I haven't seen one yet.

This is something that has NEVER happened before, prior the introduction of Dynamic queue.

It is skewing up the games, devaluing ranked and destroying competitive integrity.

That hasn't happened to you, you haven't gone up against G2 or Fnatic out in the EU. You pulled it to an extreme. You will face people in you elo. And pros gotta practice to you know.

Only thing wrong with dynamic queue for me, is the time it takes to queue... Other then that, it works exactly as intended. I like it.

I guess I have never waited very long at all. Not sure if it changes depending on the league you are in?

I only have a problem with wait times. I was actually really excited for when dynamic queue came out and glad it did. I still play plenty of solo queue too, and I haven't had problems with playing against premades. If I lose a game I look o improve rather than blame the system like all the idiots are doing. And yea, I called you guys idiots because you're all complaining about a system that plenty of people aren't having problems with. All of you are just looking to have a reason for why you're doing bad in ranked, because I personally have climbed to Gold 2 having a Silver 5 border, and the majority of my games are solo. So really, stop complaining and learn to improve rather than bitch about something that doesn't matter much.

Where are you at compared to the servers? I don't wait more then 1min-1.5min for a ranked game solo.

I live in Chicago. My rank is Gold 2 with platinum mmr. My wait times are 8-12 minutes most often.

You generally do not get matched against a 5made when you go solo. What sucks is that they keep adding benefits to playing dynamic que and leave solo que high and dry. You have no benefits for playing by yourself.

I've never been matched with a 5 man going solo. But I do agree I won two games of ranked last night solo and didn't get a key frag either one. I know playing with a party increases the odds which IS a downside.

Even when I play 2-5 I don't wait long. Maybe a max of 2 minutes.
