All it takes is for the jungle to not worry about taking any initial camps and just wait out for your jungle to engage either red, or something of that nature, wait for them to become low, and then assassinate them. It works best with people like kha, and maybe Eve. The fact remains though that jungle camps are leaving a lot of champs far too low after clearing in the early game that enemy JG champs can far too easily get a kill from it.
Mr Broken Wings2 votescounterjungling is pretty useless because buffs dont give more xp then other camps anymore. The only "good" counterjungling champions are champions with ridicilous clear that dont have to waste too much time on camps so they can take your camps as well ( nidalee for example). Before the jungle changes counterjungling and invading was more effective.

dominusx1 votesnah cj doesnt even matter anymore unless as broken wings said they clear super fast and gtfo before any risk appears. unless ofc you go in and take the whole side of his jungle and then camp the bush and kill him
