Give 15% AP back to champions that have smite with blue buff

Removing that 15% ap without buffing the AP jungle upgrade really hurt a lot of the AP champs. Either give it back to blue buff exclusive to champions with smite or put a 5-10% AP buff on the blue upgrade jungle item.

Jungle Fiddle and Diana and many others(nidalee/fizz/rumble/gragas/evelynn) will thank you! You will find many of the champions with Runic Echoes in their core build are well below 50% win rates(except Shaco and Rumble).

Most of these champions lost at least 2% on their winrates after that one change without subsequently buffing Runic Echoes.

Although, you should probably nerf Shacos ap ratios a hair if you do this.

Didn't that usually go to the mid laner who had a larger up time and thus more effective use of it?

Even just having the 15% Ap on the first 1-2 blue buffs on the jungle makes a world of difference for early clears and maybe a kill or two.

I understand blues often go to midlaner which is why i suggested that the runic echoes item needs a buff after all the Runic Echoes junglers lost 2% of their winrate after the blue buff change. But sometimes you have a zed/kennen mid that doesn't need blue and in those games you can pick a champion like elise/evelynn that likes blues and could use the 15% AP buff.

Do you even have an appreciable amount of AP for those first 1-2 blue buffs? Do you even have Runic Echoes that fast?

if you kill the camps 2-3 seconds faster and 50 hp healthier(from monsters not hitting you as many times, you might get the first gank first which means your side gets a kill or two instead of the other way around. It would definitely increase clear speed, allow for easier early dragons on AP characters, things like that. The loss of the AP was felt enough that all of those champs that had nothing else changed saw their jungle win rates collectively go down in 6.23 by a few percentage points.(except for shaco who went up with the change to the champion). Now granted, a lot of other things changed, but that was one of the more painful ones.
